Robert and Susan Rampi
Founders and Overseers

Robert and Susan Rampi are the founders and Senior Pastors of Isaiah 61 Ministries. Susan gave her heart to Jesus in 1972 and Robert in 1973. They have been actively involved in preaching and teaching since that time. They were ordained in 1977 under The International Association of Ministries Inc. 

Both Susan and Robert enjoy traveling the world and sharing their love of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  In their lifetime they have traveled much of the world, including Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Philippines, Romania, West Africa and India. They have helped plant many churches and are currently providing apostolic oversight to ministries and churches in the USA and throughout the world. 

Married for over 40 years, Robert and Susan have 4 children and 7 grandchildren that keep them busy. Robert is a CPA and has his own accounting business that specializes in working with Pastors, businesses, churches and ministries. He has advised many new churches and ministries and help them launch with a sound legal and financial foundation.

Rev. Dr. Janice DeLeo, Overseer

Reverend Pastor Janice Deleo is an apostle and evangelist that has been ministering since 1972 to her local neighborhood, church community and countries throughout the world.  She has pastored a church for many years and operated a feeding program for the hungry and homeless.

After 43 years her “love for people” has not changed. Every year she travels abroad visiting new places and territories for the gospel, establishing pioneer churches and ministries, and helping the poor. Places she travels include the Philippines, Israel, Honduras, and Asia.  

As a great-grandmother, mother and wife, her family holds a very special place is her life and heart.
